The ticket center and office of the harbor tour operator HARUFA Maritime Tourismus GmbH is located at H.-H.-Meier Straße 4 directly at the New Harbor next to the German Emigration Center. Tickets can be purchased here.

Until May 10, the harbor tours will depart from Schleusenstraße 3 (for navigation systems), approximately a 15-minute walk away.
